The Islamic Center of Myrtle Beach (ICMB) is a non-profit organization with an operational philosophy based on the Holy Qur’an and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Muslim families who visit ICMB work toward fulfilling their religious obligations and striving for spiritual, intellectual, social and economic well-being. The Center strives to build a working relationship with people of all faiths to promote understanding, tolerance, and activism that benefits all.


ICMB holds community Iftars on Thursdays and Mondays during the month of Ramadan.

Is the Masjid open for the five prayers?

The Masjid is open for Fajr, Maghrib and Isha. The Masjid is also open for Jumu'ah prayers.

Can a non Muslim visit the your mosque?

Of course, The Islamic Center of Myrtle Beach welcomes visits and our doors are open to visitors. You can give us a call or send us an email to sechedule your visit so that we can have someone to except you and make sure all your questions are answered.

Do you have Islamic classes?

In Islamic Center of Myrtle Beach we have daily classes that cover all the areas of Islamic sciences. Imam Abdou Elhelali is dedicated to the mission of teaching the Muslim community and provides sound and reliable Islamic education to anyone who asks for it.
